苍南县气象台2025年11月12日08时22分将暴雨蓝色预警信号升级为暴雨黄色预警信号：受台风“凤凰”和冷空气共同影响，预计今天我县所有乡镇将有中到大雨，局部暴雨，请注意防范强降水可能引发的城乡积涝、小流域山洪、滑坡和泥石流等次生灾害。

苍南县气象台2025年11月11日17时09分继续发布大风黄色预警信号：受冷空气与第26号台风“凤凰”共同影响，预计今天傍晚到明天我县沿海海面及高山地区仍将有9～10级、沿海乡镇（金乡镇、赤溪镇、马站镇、炎亭镇、大渔镇、霞关镇、沿浦镇）仍将有7～9级大风。希各有关方面做好防风加固，涉海部门和沿海地区加强防范。
