The Beilun District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds at 6:04 am on March 2, 2026: Due to the combined effects of cold air and low pressure entering the sea, it is expected that there will be 8-10 level winds along the coastal sea in our district from today to tomorrow, and 7-9 level northerly winds in the coastal and high mountain areas of streets such as Xinqiao, Xiapu, Daxie, Baifeng, and Guoju. Attention should be paid to preventing the adverse effects of strong winds on port areas, sea going vessels, and high-altitude operations.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
