The Zhangpu County Meteorological Observatory downgraded the typhoon red warning signal to the typhoon orange warning signal at 02:14 on August 14, 2025: The center of this year s 11th typhoon "Yangliu" has landed along the coast of our county around 00:30 today (August 14). At 02:00, the center is located in Zhao an County, and it is expected that "Yangliu" will move towards the northwest at a speed of 30-35 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity. Affected by it, it is expected that the maximum wind speed along the coast of our county will be 9-10 levels with gusts of 10-11 levels in the next 12 hours; Inland townships experience gusts of 8-9 levels and 10 levels. The maximum wind speed in Minnan Fishing Ground and Taiwan Shallow Fishing Ground can reach 11-13 levels with gusts of 13-14 levels.
