The Yushu Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing at 22:35 on October 23, 2025: Due to snowfall weather, it is expected that from 22:35 on October 23 to 22:35 on October 24, Yushu City s urban area, Longbao Town, Anchong Township, Shanglaxiu Township, Xialaxiu Town, Batang Township, Zhongda Township, and Xiaosumang Township will experience snowfall weather and cause road icing. Road icing will continue until 14:00 on October 25, which will have a sustained impact on traffic. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
