At 23:45 on August 28, 2025, the Yunlong County Meteorological Bureau and Yunlong County Water Affairs Bureau jointly issued a Level III warning for flash flood disaster risk: In the past three hours, Xintang Village in Changxin Township, our county has experienced 69.3 millimeters of precipitation. It is expected that rainfall will continue in our county in the next 24 hours, and there is a high possibility of flash floods (level III). Relevant departments are requested to take preventive measures.
