山东省气象台于10月14日06时00分发布陆地大雾黄色预警：目前，聊城、德州、滨州、东营、济南、淄博、潍坊、泰安、济宁、枣庄和临沂的部分地区已出现浓雾。预计14日早晨到上午，上述地区仍将出现能见度低于500米的浓雾，局部地区能见度不足200米。请做好防范工作。
