At 18:27 on September 11, 2025, Fuyang Meteorological Station issued a blue rainstorm warning signal. Some towns and cities in three districts, including Mazhai Town in Yingzhou District, Ninglaozhuang Town in Yingquan District, and Kouzi Town in Yingdong District, as well as Fucheng, will experience a cumulative precipitation of over 50 millimeters in the next six hours.
