At 15:15 on February 20, 2026, the Yinan County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from this afternoon to tomorrow day, the south wind in the townships (streets) under our county s jurisdiction will reach 4-5 levels with gusts of 6-7 levels, and some areas will have gusts of 8 levels. The highest temperature during the day tomorrow will be around 22 ℃. Affected by strong cold air on the night of the 21st, the southwest wind turned to northwest wind with gusts of 4-5 levels and 6-7 levels. At the same time, from the night of the 21st to the 24th, the temperature will significantly decrease, with the highest temperature dropping by about 13 ℃ and the lowest temperature dropping by about 7 ℃. The highest temperature on the 23rd will be around 10 ℃, and the lowest temperature on the morning of the 24th will be around -1 ℃.
