At 07:29 on January 27, 2025, the Yan an Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that there may be road icing affecting traffic in the following areas within the next 12 hours: Baota District, Ansai District, Huangling County, Huanglong County, Yichuan County, Luochuan County, Fuxian County, Ganquan County, Wuqi County, Zhidan County, Zichang City, Yanchuan County, and Yanchang County. Please take precautions.

Description

When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.

Guidelines

1. The transportation, public security and other departments shall prepare for road icing in accordance with their duties;

2. Drivers should pay attention to road conditions and drive safely;

3. Pedestrians ride bicycles as little as possible when going out, and pay attention to non-slip.

陕西省气象局与陕西省农业农村厅2025年1月21日16时30分联合发布低温灾害和雪灾风险预警：受西风槽和冷空气共同影响，预计24-26日我省将出现大范围雨雪降温大风天气过程，对抑制小麦旺长、缓解局部干旱有一定积极作用，可能对设施农业生产产生不利影响，需提前应对防范。设施农业低温灾害风险：24-29日延安东南部、渭南中南部、汉中西部和北部、安康北部和西南部、商洛中部和东南部出现低温灾害风险较高（黄色预警）；榆林大部、延安大部、宝鸡中部和咸阳南部局地、西安大部、渭南中西部和东北部局地、安康南部局地、渭南中部和东部局地出现低温灾害风险高（橙色预警）；榆林北部和南部局地、延安北部局地、铜川、宝鸡大部、咸阳大部、渭南北部、西安西南部和东南部以及东北部局地、商洛东北部出现低温灾害风险很高（红色预警）。设施农业雪灾风险：24-25日延安大部、铜川、咸阳北部、宝鸡大部、渭南北部及南部、西安南部、商洛大部出现雪灾风险较高（黄色预警）；眉县、周至、丹凤、商南、商州、洛南出现雪灾风险高（橙色预警）。
