At 4:58 am on January 19, 2026, the Xintian County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange cold wave warning signal: it is expected that the temperature in Xintian County will drop by more than 12 ℃ in the next 48 hours, with the lowest temperature dropping below 4 ℃ and accompanied by strong winds. Please strengthen prevention measures.

Description

Within 24 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 12°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 0°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 6 or more; or it has dropped by more than 12°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 0°C, and the average wind force can reach more than level 6, and continued.
