Yellow warning signal for strong winds: It is expected that from the night of the 17th to the day of the 18th, the northerly winds in Zhongshan District, Xigang District, Shahekou District, Ganjingzi District, and High tech Zone of Dalian will be 5 to 6 levels, with gusts of 7 to 9 levels. It is expected to weaken to gusts of 7 to 8 levels at noon on the 18th. Please ensure that relevant departments take measures to prevent strong winds, beware of falling objects from high places, and pay attention to travel and work safety. It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
