At 12:50 on November 23, 2025, the Xide County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that there may be road icing affecting traffic in towns such as Shamalada Township, Hetuo Township, Beishan Township, Lizi Township, Luji Township, Hepolo Township, Nibo Town, Luoha Town, Mishi Town, Lianghekou Town, Hongmo Town, Mianshan Town, Guangming Town, etc. within 12 hours; Or there may be road icing that has already occurred and will continue to affect traffic. Please be aware of the potential adverse effects of catastrophic weather.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
