威宁县气象台2026年02月03日16时28分将大风蓝色预警信号升级为大风黄色预警信号：预计未来24小时，我县麻乍、观风海、海拉、双龙及周边乡镇(街道）将受到大风影响，平均风力可达8级以上，阵风9级以上，并持续。请相关单位以及个人做好大风应对工作，关好门窗，停止户外高空作业，远离玻璃门窗、危棚简屋、临时工棚及广告牌、脚手架、塔吊等建筑物。
