At 19:47 on October 31, 2025, the Weining County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that in the next 6 hours, most towns (streets) in our county, such as Yungui, Shimen, Longjie, Yina, Xueshan, Tujie, Dajie, Xiushui, Kalahe, Haila, Shuanglong, Caohai, Lushan, Ertang, Haibin, and Liuqiao, will experience heavy fog with visibility less than 500 meters. The public is advised to reduce outdoor activities, drivers to control vehicle speed, and ensure safety. Relevant units and individuals are requested to do a good job in dealing with heavy fog.
Fog with visibility less than 500 meters may appear within 12 hours, or fog with visibility less than 500 meters and greater than or equal to 200 meters may have appeared and will continue.

Please check doors, windows, outdoor equipment, and dispose of outdoor items that are prone to falling properly; Try not to linger near glass doors, windows, or billboards when the public goes out; Strengthen the management of outdoor operations and activities in parks, scenic spots, amusement parks, underwater, docks, and high-altitude areas, and drive ships cautiously or stop sailing; Please ask relevant departments to do a good job in prevention and response, and pay attention to preventing various disasters and accidents caused by strong winds.
