At 18:21 on February 4, 2026, Weining County Meteorological Observatory downgraded the orange warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, Mazha, Guanfenghai, Jindou, Shuanglong, Mozhan, Zhongshui, Yulong, Tujie, Caohai and surrounding towns (streets) in our county will be affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 8 or above and gusts of 9 or above, and will continue.
