At 20:33 on September 23, 2025, Baoying County Meteorological Station issued a blue rainstorm warning signal: it is expected that there will be heavy rainfall of more than 6 hours and 50 mm in each township (development zone) of our county from the second half of the night to tomorrow, and it may be accompanied by lightning, short-term heavy rainfall, local thunderstorms of 8 to 10 magnitude and other severe convective weather.
