The Xiaoshan District Meteorological Observatory of Hangzhou City issued a yellow warning signal for lightning at 14:46 on October 3, 2025: Due to the influence of strong convective cloud clusters, it is expected that there will be lightning weather in towns (streets) such as Louta, Daicun, Heshang, Puyang, Jinhua, Yiqiao, Linpu, Suoqian, Yingfeng, Beigan, Dangwan, and Yinong in our district from this afternoon to night.
