海南省气象局2025年10月22日09时40分继续发布台风四级预警：今年第24号台风“风神”已于21日晚上加强为台风级，22日09时其中心位于北纬17.5度、东经110.9度，也就是在三沙市永兴岛西偏北方向约170公里的南海中西部海面上，中心附近最大风力12级（33米/秒）。预计，“风神”将以每小时10～15公里的速度向西偏南方向移动，今天上午强度先维持，之后强度逐渐减弱，并将于23日上午以热带风暴级（18～23米/秒，8～9级）在越南中部沿海登陆，登陆后强度快速减弱。受冷空气和“风神”共同影响，22日，本岛东部和南部海面、西沙群岛附近海面，风力9～10级、阵风11～12级，其中台风中心经过的附近海面旋转风13～14级；北部湾海面和本岛西部海面，风力8～9级、阵风10～11级；琼州海峡，风力7～8级、阵风9～10级；22日～23日白天，琼海、万宁、琼中、保亭、陵水和三亚等市县100～150毫米、局地200毫米以上降水。提醒海上作业平台及过往船只继续做好避风工作，相关部门加强回港渔船管理，做好琼州海峡通航安排，并加强沿海陆地交通疏导、旅游安全管理工作。
