At 5:25 am on March 14th, the Tumen Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for road ice and snow: It is expected that in the next 24 hours, due to the influence of rain and snow weather, roads in the urban area and four towns of our city will freeze or accumulate snow that affects traffic.
