At 01:14 on October 9, 2025, the Tongwei County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: I expect that within 6 hours, some towns and villages in our county, such as Huajialing, Maying, Yigang, Sizi, Beichengpu, Changhe, Bangluo, Xiangnan, Shichuan, Sanpu Township, Pingxiang, Longyang, Jichuan, Longshan, Longchuan, Xinjing, and Biyu, may experience lightning activities, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
