河南省气象台2025年12月12日17时00分继续发布道路结冰黄色预警：今天白天，我省北中部出现小到中雪，局部大雪，预计今天夜里中东部、南部有小到中雪，南部高海拔山区有中到大雪。全省大部夜间路表温度低于0℃，将出现对交通有较大影响的道路结冰，其中安阳西北部、新乡中西部、焦作、济源、三门峡、洛阳、郑州西部和东部、开封西部、平顶山北部、许昌将出现对交通有较严重影响的道路结冰。请注意防范。上述地区的相邻县（市、区）也需关注。防御指南： 1.政府及相关部门按照职责做好道路结冰应急工作； 2.交通运输、公安、市政等部门应提前做好道路结冰应对准备工作，及时组织人力和机械设备清理积冰，必要时对危险路段采取临时交通管制措施； 3.相关单位做好管理区域内地面防滑措施，设置防滑警示标志； 4.减少驾车出行，车辆应采取防滑措施，保持安全车距、减速慢行； 5.尽量减少外出，注意防滑，老年人特别是骨质疏松患者尽可能不要出门； 6.消防、医疗等救援部门做好应急准备，确保在发生交通事故或其他紧急情况时能够迅速响应并有效处置。

沈丘县气象台2025年12月12日9时30分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：预计14日凌晨较12日凌晨，我县东城街道、北城街道、槐店回族镇、刘庄店镇、留福镇、老城镇、赵德营镇、付井镇、卞路口乡等全部乡镇和街道最低气温将下降8℃左右，14日凌晨最低气温降至零下6℃左右，12日白天偏北风4到5级，阵风7级，13日西北风4级，阵风6到7级，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防寒潮准备工作。2.农、林、养殖业应做好作物、树木与牲畜防冻害准备。3.有关部门应视情况调节居民供暖，燃煤取暖用户需注意防范一氧化碳中毒。4.有关单位和居民应注意防风，关好门窗，加固室外搭建物。5.个人应注意添衣保暖，老弱病人，特别是心血管病人、哮喘病人等对气温变化敏感的人群应减少外出。

沈丘县气象台2025年12月11日19时45分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时，我县东城街道、北城街道、槐店回族镇、刘庄店镇、留福镇、老城镇、赵德营镇、付井镇、纸店镇、新安集镇等全部乡镇和街道将出现4到5级偏北风，阵风7级左右，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业和游乐活动。3.关好门窗,加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物,妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品,遮盖建筑物资。4.行人应尽量少骑自行车,刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位应注意做好森林等防火工作；街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。
