沈丘县气象台2025年11月16日10时20分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时，我县东城街道、北城街道、槐店回族镇、刘庄店镇、留福镇、老城镇、赵德营镇、付井镇、卞路口乡等全部乡镇和街道将出现4到5级偏北风，阵风7级左右，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防大风工作。2.停止高空、水上户外作业和游乐活动。3.关好门窗,加固围板、棚架、广告牌等易被风吹动的搭建物,妥善安置易受大风影响的室外物品,遮盖建筑物资。4.行人应尽量少骑自行车,刮风时不要在广告牌、临时搭建物等下面逗留。5.有关部门和单位应注意做好森林等防火工作；街道、社区、村庄和家庭应加强防火意识，适时采取有效措施，消除火灾隐患。

沈丘县气象台2025年11月16日9时30分发布寒潮蓝色预警信号：预计18日凌晨较16日凌晨，我县东城街道、北城街道、槐店回族镇、刘庄店镇、留福镇、老城镇、赵德营镇、付井镇、卞路口乡等全部乡镇和街道最低气温将要下降10℃以上，18日和19日最低气温将降至-2℃左右，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及相关部门应按照职责做好防寒潮准备工作。2.农、林、养殖业应做好作物、树木与牲畜防冻害准备。3.有关部门应视情况调节居民供暖，燃煤取暖用户需注意防范一氧化碳中毒。4.有关单位和居民应注意防风，关好门窗，加固室外搭建物。5.个人应注意添衣保暖，老弱病人，特别是心血管病人、哮喘病人等对气温变化敏感的人群应减少外出。
