At 19:15 on October 3, 2025, the Hangzhou Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning in the main urban area: Due to the influence of convective cloud clusters, it is expected that most streets in Shangcheng District, Xihu District, Gongshu District, and Binjiang District will experience lightning from this evening to the first half of the night, with local areas accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation during thunderstorms.
