At 23:55 on July 11, 2025, Hangzhou Meteorological Observatory upgraded the yellow rainstorm warning signal to the orange rainstorm warning signal: affected by the strong convective cloud cluster, it is expected that there will be heavy rain in some streets of West Lake District, Shangcheng District and Gongshu District from the night of today (11th) to the morning of tomorrow, and local rainstorm. Please pay attention to preventing urban waterlogging and adverse effects on transportation caused by short-term heavy rainfall.

Description

Rainfall will reach more than 50 mm within 3 hours, or it has reached more than 50 mm and the rainfall may continue.
