At 19:20 on the 25th, Nanning Meteorological Station issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal for Qingxiu District, Liangqing District, Jiangnan District, Xingning District and Xixiangtang District at 19:20: Since 18:00, more than 15mm of rainfall has occurred in Liangqing Town. It is estimated that in the next 6 hours, there will still be 20-40mm of heavy rainfall in most of Nanning urban area and more than 50mm of local area, accompanied by short-term gales. 广西区气象台2025年09月25日10时30分将台风黄色预警调整为蓝色，今年第18号台风“桦加沙”已于今天早晨由强热带风暴级减弱为热带风暴级，上午10时其中心位于距离广西北海市偏西方向约35公里的近海海面上。预计，“桦加沙”将以每小时15-20公里的速度向偏西方向移动，25日下午到傍晚在越南北部沿海登陆，强度逐渐减弱。受其影响，25日，北部湾海面、沿海地区及桂南、桂西有大雨到暴雨、局地大暴雨；25日白天，北部湾海面最大风力有7～8级、阵风9～10级，沿海地区最大风力5～6级，阵风7～8级。
