At 18:40 on April 2, 2026, the Putuo District Meteorological Observatory in Zhoushan City issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: affected by the development of low pressure, it is expected that the Putuo coastal area and all towns (streets) and functional areas will have a southeast to south wind of 7-8 levels with gusts of 9 levels from noon tomorrow, and a northwest to north wind of 6-7 levels with gusts of 8 levels from midnight tomorrow. Please stop high-altitude and sea related operations as appropriate, and take windproof measures for offshore vessels.
Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
