Pukou District Meteorological Observatory issues yellow warning for high temperature

At 16:25 on July 21, 2025, the Pukou District Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a high temperature yellow warning signal: it is expected that the daily maximum temperature in Jiangpu, Yongning, Qiaolin, Tangquan, Xingdian Street and other areas of our district will reach 35 ℃ or above in the next three days. The District Defense Office, District Emergency Management Bureau, and District Meteorological Bureau jointly remind people to pay attention to heatstroke prevention and cooling.

Description

The daily maximum temperature will be above 35°C for three consecutive days.

Guidelines

1. Relevant departments and units shall make preparations for heatstroke prevention and cooling in accordance with their duties;

2. Minimize outdoor activities in the afternoon;

3. Provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance for the elderly, the weak, the sick, and the young;

4. Those who work under high temperature conditions and need to do outdoor work for a long time during the day should take necessary protective measures.
