Poyang County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 18:52 on March 7, 2026: It is expected that within the next 24 hours, due to the southward impact of cold air, Baishazhou Township, Changzhou Township, Gaojialing Town, Guxiandu Town, Houjiagang Township, Huanggang Town, Jiantian Street Township, Jinpanling Town, Lefeng Town, Lianhu Township, Lianhuashan Township, Lutian Township, Agricultural Science Institute, Poyang Town, Raobu Town, Raofeng Town, Raozhou Street, Raozhou Prison, Sanmiaoqian Township, Shimenjie Town, Shuanggang Town, Shilijie Town, Tianfan Street Town, Tuanlin Township, Xiangxiang Shuitan Township, Xiejiatan Town, Yaquehu Township, Yinbaohu Township, Youdun Street Town, Youcheng Township, Zhegang Township, Zhuhu Township, rivers and lakes, plain valleys, and high-altitude mountainous areas can experience gusts of up to 7-8 levels.
