At 17:21 on January 31, 2026, the Ninghai County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to rain and snow weather, about 2 centimeters of snow has accumulated in areas such as Shenwanghaigang and Qiantongbainiaoyan in our county. It is expected that from tonight to the morning after tomorrow, some roads in high-altitude mountainous areas of towns (streets) such as Shenzhen, Qiantong, Chalu, Huangtan, and Liyang in our county will freeze. Please pay attention to preventing adverse effects on traffic.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
