Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall do a good job in preventing rainstorms in accordance with their duties;

安徽省气象台2026年08月09日16时00分变更发布台风黄色预警。受13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计9日夜里至13日全省最大阵风8～9级，高海拔山区和水面阵风10～12级。9日夜里至11日全省大部分地区有大雨到暴雨，其中宣城、黄山市、池州、安庆、六安、铜陵、芜湖、合肥、滁州等地有大暴雨，局部特大暴雨。省气象局和省应急管理厅提醒注意防范。
