福州市气象台2026年07月24日21时00分发布台风蓝色预警信号：第12号台风“红霞”20时中心位于广东汕尾东偏南方向约680公里的洋面上，中心附近最大风力10级（25米/秒）。预计，“红霞”将以每小时20～25公里的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度逐渐加强，将于25日晚上至26日早晨在广东珠海到饶平一带沿海登陆，登陆后转向偏北方向移动。受其影响，今天夜间到25日白天，晋安区（宦溪镇高海拔山区）和马尾区（沿海海区和亭江镇、琅岐镇）有8～9级东北阵风。请注意防范台风大风的不利影响。

闽清县气象台2026年07月24日16时30分继续发布高温橙色预警信号：预计25日我县梅城、梅溪、云龙、白樟、坂东、东桥、塔庄、省璜、雄江、三溪等乡镇最高气温可达36～37℃，局部超过37℃。请有关单位和人员注意做好防暑降温工作，特别是户外或者高温条件下的作业人员应当采取必要的防护措施！
