The Mangkang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow blizzard warning signal at 18:00 on November 1, 2025: it is expected that there will be light to moderate rain or sleet in most parts of our county from 18:00 on November 1 to 18:00 on November 2, and there will be heavy to blizzard in high-altitude mountainous areas such as Angduo Township, Cuowa Township, Gebo Township, and Zongxi Township. Defense measures: 1. Rain and snow weather will cause snow and ice accumulation, low visibility on the high-altitude sections of National Highways 318 and 214, as well as provincial, county, and township roads within our county s jurisdiction. Description

The snowfall will reach 6mm or more within 12 hours, or it has reached 6mm or more and the snowfall continues, which may affect traffic or agriculture and animal husbandry.
