At 21:47 on August 19, 2025, the meteorological station of Luancheng District continued to issue the yellow warning signal of rainstorm: in the past two hours, the accumulated rainfall in Xunyang Village in our district has exceeded 40mm, and it is expected that the rainfall in all towns in our district will continue this night, with an hourly rainfall of more than 60mm, accompanied by thunderstorms, short-time heavy rainfall, short-time gales and other severe convective weather, please pay attention to precautions.
