At 05:16 on November 17, 2025, Guangyuan Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: Xuefeng Street, Jialing Street, Wanyuan Street, Nanhe Street, Shangxi Street, Longtan Township, Jindong Township, Baichao Township, Sandui Town, Baolun Town, Panlong Town, Dashi Town, Rongshan Town, Hexi Street, Dongba Street in Lizhou District, Archery Town, Qingniu Town, Qingshui Town, Zhaohua Town, Hongyan Town, Hutiao Town, Taigong Town, Bailingou Town, Motan Town, Wangjia Town, Weizi Town, Yuanba Town in Chaotian District, Linxi Township, Maliu Township, Lijia Town, Lianghekou Town in Chaotian District. Towns (streets) such as Shuimogou Town, Yunwu Mountain Town, Shahe Town, Zhongzi Town, Zengjia Town, Yangmu Town, Datan Town, and Chaotian Town will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above or gusts of 7 or above; Or it may have been affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 6-7 levels, or gusts of 7-8 levels that may persist. Please pay attention to reinforcing fences, sheds, billboards, and other structures to ensure safe travel and driving. Do not linger under billboards, temporary structures, etc. during windy weather.

四川省气象台2025年11月16日16时00分发布强降温蓝色预警：预计17～19日我省有一次明显的降温降水天气过程，盆地大部地方和凉山州东北部日平均气温将累计下降5～8℃，局地可达8℃以上。17日盆地大部地方有小雨，东部、南部有中雨，局地大雨，盆周高海拔山区有雨夹雪或小雪，北部山区有中到大雪，阿坝州大部、甘孜州北部东部和凉山州东北部有阵雪（雨），局地有中到大雪；冷空气影响时盆地有5～7级偏北风，局部可达8级或以上。18～19日盆地大部多云间晴，19日早上最低气温盆地北部将低至1～4℃，其余地方4～6℃。强降温易对心血管疾病人员带来影响，也易诱发感冒等疾病的发生，请注意预防。还需防范冷空气影响时伴随的大风天气。
