Guangyuan Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 02:03 on August 23, 2025: Xuefeng Street, Jialing Street, Wanyuan Street, Nanhe Street, Shangxi Street, Longtan Township, Jindong Township, Baichao Township, Sandui Town, Baolun Town, Panlong Town, Dashi Town, Rongshan Town, Hexi Street, Dongba Street in Lizhou District, Archery Town, Qingniu Town, Qingshui Town, Zhaohua Town, Hongyan Town, Hutiao Town, Taigong Town, Bailingou Town, Motan Town, Wangjia Town, Weizi Town, Yuanba Town in Chaotian District, Linxi Township, Maliu Township, Lijia Town, Lianghekou Town in Chaotian District.
