陵水县气象台2025年11月06日22时47分发布雷雨大风黄色预警信号：受台风“海鸥”外围环流影响，我县各乡镇06日22时49分到07日04时可能出现雷雨大风天气，风力达7～9级并伴有强雷电，可能伴有短时强降水等强对流天气，建议有关单位和人员做好防范工作。

海南省气象局2025年11月06日17时30分继续发布台风四级预警（海上）：今年第25号台风“海鸥”已于6日16时由超强台风级减弱为强台风级，其中心位于北纬13.4度、东经110.3度，也就是在三沙市永兴岛西南方向约440公里的南海海面上，中心附近最大风力有15级（50米/秒），七级风圈半径250～300公里，十级风圈半径150公里，十二级风圈半径60公里。预计，“海鸥”将以每小时30公里左右的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度维持或略有减弱，将于6日夜间在越南中部沿海登陆（45～50米/秒，14～15级，强台风级），登陆后强度逐渐减弱。受“海鸥”和弱冷空气共同影响，6日夜间，南海西部的大部分海域风力可达10～13级、阵风14～17级；6日夜间～7日，海南岛东南半部地区有大到暴雨。请三沙市各岛礁继续做好在港船只及岛礁设施、人员安全防范工作，南海中部和西部海域作业的海上平台和船只继续做好避风措施，海南岛中部和东部市县持续做好水库、地质灾害隐患点、工地、漫水桥（路）巡查和安全管理。
