Please combine the warning information, closely monitor the precipitation situation, and do a good job in preventing geological disasters such as the evacuation of threatened people in the warning area. 海东市自然资源和规划局与海东市气象局联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：根据过去48小时降水实况和未来24小时降水预报，考虑地质灾害的滞后性，结合地质灾害易发程度，2025年9月10日20时至9月11日20时，海东市化隆县雄先乡、查甫乡、谢家滩乡、石大仓乡、初麻乡、金源乡、塔加乡地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅱ级（橙色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险高。化隆县其他地区、乐都区、平安区、互助县、民和县地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅲ级（黄色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生风险较高。请结合预警信息，密切关注降水情况，做好预警区内受威胁群众避险转移等地质灾害防范工作。严防重点地质灾害危险区内已避险转移群众擅自回流。防御指南：1.各级政府及有关部门按照应急预案做好地质灾害防御工作。2.请社会公众及时关注地质灾害气象风险预警信息，谨慎前往地质灾害预警区域。3.橙色预警区域地质灾害危险区和临坡临崖临沟临水受威胁群众，请按照当地防灾部门组织立即撤离前往附近避险安置点；黄色预警区内人员，请随时关注预警信息变化，注意附近警示标志，避免在沟谷、斜坡、陡崖（坎）等高风险地带逗留。
