At 12:48 on November 24, 2025, the Lankao County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the blue warning signal for strong winds to a yellow warning signal for strong winds. It is expected that in the next 12 hours, towns and streets such as Lanyang Street, Tongxiang Street, Huian Street, Guyang Town, Kaocheng Town, Hongmiao Town, Guying Town, Dongbatou Town, Xiaosong Town, Yifeng Town, Sanyizhai Township, Mengzhai Township, Xuhe Town, Putaojia Township, and Yanlou Township will experience northwest winds of level 5 to 6 with gusts of level 8 to 9. Party committees, governments at all levels, and industry regulatory departments assess local and industry risks and initiate contingency plans.

It may be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, the average wind force can reach 8 or above, or gusts above 9; or it has been affected by strong winds, the average wind is 8-9, or gusts 9-10 and may continue.
