兰考县气象台2025年09月11日17时18分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计未来24小时，兰阳街道、桐乡街道、惠安街道、堌阳镇、南彰镇、考城镇、红庙镇、谷营镇、东坝头镇、小宋镇、仪封镇、三义寨乡、孟寨乡、许河镇、葡萄架乡、闫楼乡将出现4到5级偏北风，阵风7到8级。各级党委政府、行业主管部门研判本地、本行业风险，启动预案。
