The Langxi County Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue a strong convective yellow warning signal at 20:49 on August 9, 2026. Langbu Street, Langchuan Street, Zhongqiao Street, Yaocun Town, Shizi Town, Taocheng Town, Feili Town, Biqiao Town, Jianping Town, Xinfa Town, Meizhu Town, Lingdang Town, and the Development Zone in Langxi County may experience severe convective weather such as lightning, strong winds, and short-term heavy precipitation within 6 hours. Please take precautions!

安徽省气象台2026年08月09日16时00分变更发布台风黄色预警。受13号台风“白海豚”影响，预计9日夜里至13日全省最大阵风8～9级，高海拔山区和水面阵风10～12级。9日夜里至11日全省大部分地区有大雨到暴雨，其中宣城、黄山市、池州、安庆、六安、铜陵、芜湖、合肥、滁州等地有大暴雨，局部特大暴雨。省气象局和省应急管理厅提醒注意防范。

Within 24 hours may be or has been affected by tropical cyclones, coastal or land average wind force is 8 or more, or gust can reach 10 or more and may persist.

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

2. Stop large-scale indoor and outdoor gatherings and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures to reinforce port facilities to prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind, and personnel should not go out at will, to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and those in dangerous houses should be transferred in time.

郎溪县气象台2026年08月09日12时30分继续发布台风蓝色预警信号。受台风“白海豚”影响，我县24小时内平均风力可达6级以上，阵风8级以上，并可能持续。9日至10日我县有暴雨到大暴雨，并伴有短时强降水和雷雨大风等强对流天气。请注意防范！

2. Stop outdoor group activities and high-altitude outdoor dangerous operations;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures, such as returning to the port to avoid wind or sailing in a detour, etc.;

4. Reinforce doors and windows, enclosures, scaffolds, billboards and other structures that are easily blown by the wind, and cut off dangerous outdoor power sources.
