衢州市气象台2025年07月21日14时05分发布柯城区大风黄色预警信号：受台风外围环流影响，目前柯城区已出现8级阵风，预计今天下午到夜里柯城区所有乡（镇、街道）仍可出现5到7级，局地8级及以上阵风，请注意防范。
