At 9:43 am on February 10, 2026, Jingbian County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that the following areas will be affected by strong winds in the next 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or above (gusts of 7 or above), and some areas will have sand or floating dust: Zhouhe Town, Yangmijian Town, Xiaohe Town, Zhongshan Jian Town, Wangquze Town, Qingyangcha Town, Tianciwan Town, Ximawan Town, Longzhou Town, Zhenjing Town, Ningtiaoliang Town, Yangqiaopan Town, Zhangjiapan Street, Dongkeng Town, Haizetan Town, Huanghaojie Town, and Hongdunjie Town. Please pay attention to prevention.

It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
