The Hulan District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for a cold wave at 20:20 on December 28, 2025: the lowest temperature in various towns (streets) in our district will drop by about 10 ℃ from the 29th to the 30th, and the lowest temperature at night on the 30th will be around -30 ℃. Please take precautions.

Description

Within 48 hours, the minimum temperature will drop by more than 8°C, the lowest temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force on land can reach level 5 or more; or it has dropped by more than 8°C, the minimum temperature is less than or equal to 4°C, and the average wind force can reach level 5 or more, continued.
