衡南县气象台2026年4月13日3时3分升级暴雨预警信号为橙色：过去1小时衡南县茶市镇等乡镇降雨量已达40毫米，预计衡南县未来2小时降雨量20毫米，累计雨量将达60毫米以上，致灾风险高，请加强防范。
