At 20:32 on January 5, 2025, the Heishui County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: Ciba Township, Qinglang Township, Zhawo Town, Zhimulin Town, Weigu Township, Musu Town, Luoduo Township, Longba Township, Shidiaolou Township, Waboliangzi Township, Xier Town, Shashiduo Town, Xier Ancient Town, Kalong Town, and Luhua Town may experience road icing that may affect traffic within 12 hours. Please ensure the smooth operation of traffic roads and slow down vehicles and pedestrians on icy roads.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
