At 17:14 on October 9, 2025, the Xiaojin County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Pan an Township, Hanniu Township, Wodi Township, Bajiao Town, Fubian Township, Mupo Township, Wori Town, Jiesi Township, Ri er Township, Zhailong Town, Shalun Township, Meiwo Township, Xinqiao Township, Chongde Township, Dawei Town, Lianghekou Town, Siguniangshan Town, and Meixing Town in Xiaojin County will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind force of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above.
