临沂市气象台2026年07月12日16时50分发布市区台风黄色预警信号：受台风“巴威”影响，预计今天下午到13日夜间，市区所辖乡镇（街道）有中到大雨局部暴雨，伴有雷电和短时强降水，同时风力逐渐增大，平均风5～6级阵风7～9级。

Description

Guidelines

1. The government and relevant departments shall make emergency preparations for typhoon prevention in accordance with their duties;

3. Water operations in relevant waters and passing ships take active countermeasures to reinforce port facilities to prevent ships from anchoring, grounding and collision;

4. Reinforce or dismantle structures that are easy to be blown by the wind, and personnel should not go out at will, to ensure that the elderly and children stay in the safest place in the home, and those in dangerous houses should be transferred in time.

山东省气象台于7月12日11时00分继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计12日下午台风“巴威”外围云系开始影响我省，14日夜间影响基本结束，伴有短时强降水、雷电和8～10级雷雨阵风，最大小时降水量40～60毫米。全省累积平均降水量20～40毫米，强降水主要集中在13日白天至14日，其中，临沂、日照、潍坊、青岛、烟台和威海有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨（30～60毫米，局部150～200毫米，个别站点可达250毫米以上），其他地区有小到中雨局部大雨或暴雨（5～15毫米，局部50毫米以上）。此次台风影响我省中东部地区时间长、累积雨量较大，有暴雨灾害风险。低洼地块和路段可能出现积水或内涝，隐患点附近容易出现山洪、地质灾害和中小河流洪水，请加强防范。

山东省气象台于7月12日11时00分继续发布海上大风黄色预警：受台风“巴威”影响，12日下午到夜间，东南风，黄海中部7～8级阵风9～10级，渤海海峡和黄海北部5～6级增强到6～7级阵风8级，渤海东南风5～6级；13日白天，黄海中部东南风7～8级阵风9～10级，渤海东南风转东北风6～7级阵风8级，渤海海峡和黄海北部东南风6～7级阵风8级。13日夜间至14日，黄海北部和中部东南风8级阵风9～10级，渤海海峡东南风转北风7级阵风8～9级，渤海北风6～7级阵风8级。
