At 12:28 on September 12th, Haiyan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that from 12:28 on September 12th to 6:28 on September 12th, there may be lightning activity in Sanjiaocheng Town, Xihai Town, Jintan Township, Halejing Mongolian Township, Qinghai Lake Township, and Ganzihe Township, which may cause lightning disasters and may be accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms, strong winds, hail, etc. in some areas.
