At 10:00 am on January 3rd, Haiyan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Due to snowfall weather, it is expected that from 10:00 am on January 3rd to 10:00 am on January 4th, Sanjiaocheng Town, Xihai Town, Jintan Township, Halejing Mongolian Township, Qinghai Lake Township, and Ganzihe Township are prone to road icing, which will have a sustained impact on traffic. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
