The Haiyan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing at 07:52 on April 13: Due to the influence of snowfall weather, road icing has occurred in Sanjiaocheng Town, Xihai Town, Jintan Township, Halejing Mongolian Township, Qinghai Lake Township, and Ganzihe Township, which has caused sustained impact on transportation. It will continue from 07:52 on April 13 to 07:52 on April 14. Relevant units and personnel are requested to be prepared for prevention.
Description
When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
