哈巴河县气象台2026年1月13日16时55分发布寒潮橙色预警信号：预计1月14日10时～16日10时，哈巴河县最低气温将下降16℃以上；最低气温将出现在17日和18日早晨，平原及沿山区域最低气温将降至-35℃～-30℃，山区最低气温将降至-39℃～-35℃，请注意加强防范。
