At 12:32 on February 7, 2026, the Altay Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 12:00 on February 9 to 17:00 on February 10, most of Habahe County and Jimunai County, the area south of Chonghuer Town in Burqin County, Kizilxilike Township in Fuyun County, and Sartohai Township in Qinghe County will have a wind force of 8-9; Longyuan Wind Farm and Qibar Town in Habahe County, and Toptierek Town in Jimunai County can reach wind speeds of up to level 10; Jimunai County Naohaifeng District (Hatushan Chaleshhai Township Dalonghaiqi, Tumande area), Wantuoyuan Scenic Area, and Jiangawuzi in Burqin County can reach wind speeds of up to 11 levels.
