At 18:09 on March 31, 2026, the Habahe County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: it is expected that from 20:00 on April 1 to 10:00 on April 2, there will be a 7-8 level westerly wind in Kulebai Town, Saltamu Township, and Jiayelma Township of Habahe County. The wind speed in Sarbulake Town, Qibar Town, Qideharen, Longyuan Wind Farm, and along the Ertix River can reach 9 levels. Please pay attention to strengthening prevention. Description
It may be affected by strong winds within 24 hours, with an average wind force of 6 or higher, or gusts of 7 or higher; or it has been affected by strong winds, with an average wind of 6-7, or 7-8 gusts and may continue.
