At 19:07 on January 21, 2026, the Shangnan County Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning signal for road icing: it is expected that there may be road icing affecting traffic in the following areas in the next 24 hours: Zhaochuan Town, Shiliping Town, Xianghe Town, Qingshan Town, Jinsi Gorge Town, Jianma Town, Chengguan Street, Qingyouhe Town, Fushui Town, and Guofenglou Town. Please take precautions.

Description

When the road surface temperature is lower than 0°C, precipitation occurs, and road icing that affects traffic may occur within 12 hours.
