河北省气象台2025年08月15日09时25分发布暴雨蓝色预警信号：预计15日白天到夜间，承德、唐山、秦皇岛和石家庄、沧州及以南地区有大雨到暴雨（40-80毫米），局地有大暴雨（100-150毫米），个别地点可达180毫米以上。降雨时局地伴有雷电、短时强降水（30-60毫米/小时，个别地点可达80-100毫米/小时）、短时大风（8-11级）等强对流天气。请注意防范。
