At 07:07 on November 12, 2025, Fuzhou Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow typhoon warning signal: Typhoon "Phoenix", the 26th typhoon of this year, is located about 185 kilometers southwest of Eluanbi, Taiwan at 6:00 am today. The maximum wind force near the center is 10 levels (severe tropical storm). It is expected that the "Phoenix" will move towards the northeast at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour, gradually weakening in intensity.
