果洛州气象台2025年08月20日11时30分发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计08月20日14时至21日14时，玛沁（雪山乡、东倾沟乡、大武乡、大武镇、拉加镇）、甘德（青珍乡、江千乡、下藏科乡）、久治将出现大雨，累计降水量达25～40毫米，其中久治（门堂乡、智青松多镇）将出现暴雨，局地可达50～60毫米。强降水主要集中在20日17时-21日08时，最大小时雨强可达20～30毫米。过程期间伴有短时强降水、冰雹、雷暴大风等强对流天气。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、中小河流洪水、山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害的气象风险较高，请注意防范。防御指南：1.政府及有关部门按照职责做好防暴雨准备工作；2.处于危险地带的学校、幼儿园采取适当措施，保证学生和幼儿安全；3.驾驶人员注意道路积水和交通堵塞，确保行车安全；4.行人不要在高楼或广告牌下躲雨、停留，以免被坠落物砸伤。

青海省气象台2025年08月20日10时30分继续发布暴雨黄色预警：预计，8月20日14时至21日14时，西宁、海东、海北、海南、黄南、果洛中南部等地将出现中到大雨，累计降水量可达10～45毫米，大通、湟中、湟源、互助、化隆、民和、门源、同仁、泽库、河南、同德、久治的部分地区将出现暴雨，累计降水量50～70毫米，强降水主要集中在20日17时至21日08时，最大小时雨强可达20～40毫米。过程期间伴有短时强降水、冰雹、雷暴大风等强对流天气。发生山体滑坡、泥石流、中小河流洪水、山洪、城乡积涝等次生灾害的气象风险高，请注意防范。
