Funing County Meteorological Observatory issues orange warning for heavy fog

At 16:26 on April 1, 2026, the Funing County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that strong fog with visibility less than 200 meters and locally less than 50 meters may occur in various towns (streets, communities) of our county from tonight to tomorrow morning. The County Emergency Bureau (Disaster Reduction and Relief Office) and the Meteorological Bureau jointly remind to take precautions.
Description
Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.
Guidelines
1. Relevant departments and units should do anti-fog work according to their responsibilities;
2. Airports, highways, ferry terminals and other units strengthen dispatching and command;
3. Drivers must strictly control the traveling speed of vehicles and ships;
4. Reduce outdoor activities.
