The Chongqing Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for heavy fog at 6:30 am on December 8, 2025. It is expected that 13 districts and counties including Beibei, Tongnan, Hechuan, Qijiang, Wansheng Economic Development Zone, Nanchuan, Dianjiang, Fuling, Fengdu, Zhongxian, Wanzhou, Kaizhou, and Wushan will experience fog with visibility less than 200 meters from 6:30 am to 11:00 am on December 8. Please take precautions.
Description
Fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters may appear within 6 hours, or fog with a visibility of less than 200 meters and greater than or equal to 50 meters may have appeared and will continue.

At 20:35 on December 7, 2025, the Fuling District Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for heavy fog: it is expected that from 02:00 to 12:00 on December 8, there may be fog with visibility less than 500 meters in 17 towns and streets including Zhenxi, Nantuo, Qingxi, Jiangbei, Jiangdong, Baisheng, Lidu, Ma an, Longqiao, Lizhi, Chongyi, Dunren, Linshi, Yihe, Shituo, Mawu, Luoyun, and local visibility less than 200 meters. Please pay attention to prevention.
