Tonghua Meteorological Observatory issues yellow lightning warning

It is expected that in the next 6 hours, all townships (streets) in Dongchang District, Erdaojiang District, Tonghua Pharmaceutical High tech Development Zone, and Jilin Tonghua Land Port Economic Development Zone will experience uneven distribution of moderate to strong thunderstorm weather, with some townships (streets) accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, hail, and other strong convective weather. The Municipal Emergency Bureau and the Municipal Meteorological Observatory jointly remind that lightning safety measures should be taken during outdoor activities, and isolated objects such as trees, poles, and tower cranes should not be sheltered from rain.
